Terms of Service

You must read and agree to these terms of service before you can become a Member of our VIP Section.

  1. By purchasing a monthly membership to download & view photos from the VIP Section of HottBarefootWomen.com©; you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). The parties to this Agreement are you, the Member ("Purchaser", "You" or "Your"), and HBW Productions ("Company"). This Agreement is subject to change by Company at any time. To protect your privacy, any charges will discreetly appear as CCBill.com *val green en on your credit card statement.

  2. You hereby authorize Company to charge Your credit card, which You hereby acknowledge was entered by You personally, to pay for the cost of this and any further membership fees. For your convenience you will be rebilled according to your membership period on the day you joined until you cancel.

  3. ACCESS TO PROTECTED MATERIALS ON HOTTBAREFOOTWOMEN.COM© IS THROUGH THE INPUT OF A USER NAME AND PASSWORD. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU SHARE YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL, YOU MAY CAUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO BE TERMINATED. SHARING YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD WITH ANYONE UNDER LEGAL AGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED BY COMPANY AND MAY BE A VIOLATION OF LAW.

  4. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Purchaser and Company regarding Purchaser's use of HottBarefootWomen.com© and all materials directly and indirectly related thereto. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California and the United States as applied to agreements between California state residents entered into and to be performed within the State of California, except as governed by Federal law.

  5. Due to the nature of these photos, you understand that there is no nudity inside our VIP Section; By joining, you hereby acknowledge that Company holds no responsability for any dissatisfaction with any photographic material or videos viewed in the membership section that Purchaser may have.

  6. You understand that all women who have been photographed for this site were over the age of 18 at the time of being photographed. Although no nudity is found on this site or in the membership section of the site we still comply with 18 usc 2257.

  7. You understand that you are the only one who is able to cancel your subscription to the VIP Section - We cannot cancel your membership for you. Subscription information & Billing is taken care of by CCBill, AlertPay, and other billing companies - and is accessable to edit on our join page. Upon cancellation of your membership your access to our members area will expire on the end of your subscription period. If you elected to sign up for our Trial period and failed to cancel at the end of the trial, you are responsable for the recurring membership fee, usually at a discounted price.

  8. BY SUBMITTING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO HOTTBAREFOOTWOMEN.COM© YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT ABOVE IN ITS ENTIRETY, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, CONSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE AGREEMENT, REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY OVER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS (TWENTY-ONE (21) IN PLACES WHERE EIGHTEEN YEARS IS NOT THE AGE OF MAJORITY) AND UNDERSTAND THAT MATERIALS PRESENTED DO NOT INCLUDE NUDITY, VISUAL OR AUDIO PRESENTATIONS OF SEXUAL SITUATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, ARE NOT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR ARE IN AN UNAUTHORIZED DOWNLOADING LOCATION, DO NOT JOIN OUR MEMBERSHIP SECTION. YOU HEREBY RELEASE COMPANY & HOTTBAREFOOTWOMEN.COM© FROM ANY RESPONSABILITY OR LIABILITY FOR WHAT YOU WILL SEE INSIDE OF OUR MEMBERSHIP SECTION.
